Kering seeks Senior Financial Controller for FP&A Corporate team in Paris. Lead financial closures, budgeting, and strategic analysis in permanent role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly accounting closures via SAP, including journal entries, data reconciliation, and coordination with accounting teams
  • Verify month-end consolidation uploads into HFM and produce closure books with variance analysis against budget and prior year
  • Analyze corporate investments and strategic Group projects with reconciliation of inter-company flows
  • Support departmental budget construction three times annually, consolidate assumptions, and challenge underlying hypotheses
  • Integrate forecasting and budget data into systems (SAC/RUBIS/HFM)
  • Serve as finance business partner to cost center directors globally, supporting performance management and KPI tracking
  • Produce and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports with P&L variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year comparatives
  • Prepare management presentations and strategic recommendations based on detailed financial analysis
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement in financial reporting tools, processes, and data quality
  • Contribute to finance and data transformation projects
  • Conduct high-impact ad hoc analyses including ROI assessments, benchmarking studies, and cost optimization initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related discipline from a business school, engineering school, or university
  • Approximately 5 years of professional experience in audit, financial control, or related functions; consulting experience is valued
  • Fluent in English and French (both languages essential)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Power BI
  • Knowledge of SAP and HFM is appreciated
  • Strong analytical capabilities and synthetic thinking
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational discipline, and versatility
  • Comfortable with numerical analysis and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across organizational functions

Bachelor's degree (BAC+5 minimum) in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field from a recognized business school, engineering school, or university.
