Kering Senior Financial Analyst

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare timely, accurate and insightful monthly financial analysis covering sales, margin, OPEX, EBIT and cash flow to monitor and optimise regional performance.
• Lead bi-annual budgeting and rolling forecasting cycles for the region, delivering detailed OPEX analysis (intercompany recharges, functional expenses and drivers) and robust consolidation narratives.
• Own month‑end closing consolidation and corporate reporting to Group via HFM (Hyperion), ensuring data integrity and adherence to reporting timelines.
• Act as strategic finance partner to brand and regional teams, supporting store openings, contract reviews, policy rollouts and daily operational finance matters.
• Collaborate with Finance SSC, Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit, APAC and HQ teams, and external auditors to ensure compliance with local GAAP, IFRS and tax regulations.
• Proactively identify business risks and implement mitigation plans to safeguard compliant and efficient operations across the region.
• Support and lead finance transformation and business intelligence projects, including adoption of new KPIs, dashboards and SAP platform initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional project activities, perform data consolidation and quality checks, and contribute to integration of newly acquired entities or ad‑hoc strategic assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in a multinational corporate environment, with at least 3 years focused on FP&A or management reporting.
• Solid technical knowledge of financial reporting under local GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in SAP and HFM (Hyperion); hands‑on experience with system implementations and Power BI is advantageous.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English with polished presentation skills.
• Professional accounting qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
• Experience in retail, consumer goods, the Big Four or the luxury sector is a plus.
