Role & Responsibilities
- Drive individual and team KPIs including sales targets, service quality, clienteling metrics and AI utilization.
- Act as an expert in client inquiry management and sales, modelling best practices and leading by example.
- Support managers in implementing initiatives to achieve performance goals and translate strategy into frontline action.
- Serve as first point of escalation for operational issues, resolving problems or consulting managers for decisions.
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews in calibration with management to ensure consistent service standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding e‑commerce and retail excellence standards and comprehensive product knowledge.
- Build and nurture trust‑based client relationships through personalised service and proactive clienteling.
- Collect and share client feedback to enhance the client experience and inform group strategy and product insights.
Qualifications
- Proven sales expertise with a commercial mindset and demonstrated ability to guide or coach a small team to meet targets.
- Strong relationship‑building skills and proven experience in complaint handling and problem resolution.
- Adaptable and proactive, able to translate management direction into immediate operational action.
- Positive, resilient and flexible attitude with the capacity to influence peers constructively.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills in complex, fast‑paced environments.
- Fluent Japanese and business‑level English proficiency.
- Digital proficiency with experience using AI tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience
Demonstrable experience in client services or retail sales within luxury or premium environments, including responsibility for meeting sales KPIs, handling escalations and supporting e‑commerce or omnichannel initiatives. Experience coaching or leading peers is required; prior work within a global luxury group or multi‑brand environment is an advantage.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, marketing, hospitality or a related field preferred.
