Kering seeks a Senior Accountant in Wayne, NJ to manage financial reporting, reconciliations and audit support. $80–85k + benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day accounting functions and ensure accurate maintenance of the general ledger
- Prepare financial analyses, monthly and ad-hoc reports for management review
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and ensure timely, accurate reporting
- Support and prepare documentation for annual audits and respond to auditor queries
- Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies and issues of non-compliance
- Delegate and oversee accounting tasks; coach and support junior accounting staff
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable tax regulations
- Maintain and update financial models, records and related documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Demonstrable working knowledge of US GAAP and tax regulations
- Practical experience with SAP
- Proven ability to prepare audit-ready accounts and supporting schedules
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated supervisory ability
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including month-end close, reconciliations, audit support and preparation of financial reports; experience delegating tasks and supervising junior accounting staff is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 85,000 per annum.
