Role & Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting activities for the Europe legal entities, including fixed assets management, tax accounting (VAT, corporate tax), payroll reconciliations and account justification.
- Prepare statutory accounts, tax returns and year-end financial statements; produce supporting documentation for external audits and statutory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with international and local accounting frameworks (IFRS and applicable local GAAP) and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Reconcile and validate general ledger balances and lead account close activities to meet monthly reporting deadlines and defined KPIs.
- Participate in monthly reporting meetings with the Kering Houses to present and explain financial results and variances.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders — FSSC local/regional teams, brand controllers, treasury and other finance functions — to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and harmonization of R2R processes across the EMEA platform and support related projects.
- Maintain robust internal controls aligned with Group control procedures to safeguard the integrity of financial data.
Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification: DCG license or Master's degree in Accounting/Control/Audit/Finance (e.g., DSCG, Master CCA).
- Minimum five years' experience as a general accountant; prior experience within a Shared Services Centre or international Group accounting environment is strongly preferred.
- Fluent in French and English (oral and written) — mandatory for this role.
- Proven knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP and the ability to apply accounting standards to statutory and management reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
- Demonstrated organisational rigour, strong analytical skills and capacity to work effectively within cross‑functional project teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to liaise with auditors, regulators and multiple internal stakeholders.

A minimum of 5 years' solid experience as a general accountant, ideally within shared services or a multinational luxury group, including exposure to statutory close, audits and cross-border reporting.
Education
Licence DCG or Master's degree in Accounting/Control/Audit/Finance (e.g., DSCG or Master CCA).
