Kering seeks Security & Crisis Management Manager in Tokyo for Japan and South Korea regional coverage, overseeing crisis response, physical security and executive protection.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead crisis management procedures, member lists and tools in alignment with Group policy and standards for Japan and South Korea
- Design and deliver crisis management trainings and exercises for regional Crisis Response Teams, adapted to local and regional risk contexts including natural disasters and geopolitical tensions
- Act as local Crisis Response Team coordinator during incidents and crises, mobilizing teams in coordination with the Group crisis organization
- Conduct physical security audits and checks of corporate offices, stores and warehouses
- Advise Logistics on warehouse security practices and equipment implementation
- Investigate reported criminal acts including theft cases and security breaches
- Plan and support security for high-profile events including store openings and collection launches
- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures for Kering Corporate and all Houses
- Perform annual risk assessments for Japan and South Korea as part of the Group Security Risk Assessment process
- Monitor the security risk landscape and provide analysis to Group Security and local management
- Provide travel security advisory to business travellers visiting the region
- Personally escort the Kering Group Chairman and CEO during visits to Japan and South Korea, ensuring their security and safety
- Support business travellers in emergency situations across the region
- Ensure swift business recovery following security incidents and crisis events
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in corporate security, crisis management, law enforcement, military or intelligence
- Demonstrated experience leading crisis response and emergency management activities
- Proven track record conducting physical security audits and criminal investigations
- Native or business-level fluency in Japanese
- Professional working fluency in English
- Based in Japan with willingness and ability to travel regularly to South Korea

Experience
5–10+ years in corporate security, crisis management, law enforcement, military operations or intelligence. Demonstrated leadership in crisis response activities and emergency management. Proven capability in conducting security audits and leading investigations into security incidents.
