Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and own the SAP technical platforms strategy aligned with Kering Enterprise Architecture.
  • Lead and govern SAP technical initiatives including upgrades, migrations, and cloud transitions.
  • Own SAP platform run and operations, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Govern ABAP development and technical services delivered by offshore partners.
  • Lead and develop internal and external SAP technical teams across regions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in large, complex, and international environments.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Italian and/or French are a strong asset.
  • Strong technical expertise in SAP environments, including S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
  • Proven experience in SAP Basis and cloud infrastructure.
