Role & Responsibilities

• Define and drive the SAP architectural vision (ECC, S/4HANA, BTP, SAC, BW) in alignment with Kering Group strategy and IT roadmap
• Design integration solutions between SAP and third-party applications (PLM, e-commerce, WMS, etc.) within the Kering application landscape
• Lead SAP migration and transformation programs (ECC to S/4HANA), from architectural design through deployment and hypercare phases
• Establish and maintain SAP architecture standards, best practices, and documentation including application mappings, integration schemas, and Architecture Decision Records
• Challenge and validate technical choices from development teams and integration partners, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
• Monitor emerging technologies within the SAP ecosystem and innovations on BTP, including SAP Integration Suite, SAP Build, and generative AI capabilities
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Data teams to ensure compliance, resilience, and performance of SAP platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP architecture within complex, international environments
• Proven experience leading SAP transformation programs (BTP, ECC to S/4HANA migrations)
• Deep expertise in core SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, SAP CAR) and SAP BTP
• Strong experience designing integrations (API, EDI, iDoc, SAP Integration Suite)
• SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate or Solution Architect) is a significant asset
• Experience in Luxury, Retail, or FMCG sectors is valued

Minimum 8 years of SAP architecture experience in complex, international settings. Proven leadership of large-scale SAP transformation and migration programs. Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing enterprise integrations across diverse application landscapes.

Education

Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
