Kering Technologies seeks SAP Sales and Logistics Execution Expert in Seoul to support retail back-office and distribution systems for luxury brands.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Review and understand strategic business guidelines, processes and detailed functional requirements defined by Business Process Owners in supply chain domains including Customer Order Management, Pricing, Invoicing, customer system integration (EDI), and SAP Logistics Execution
  • Act as service owner for Korea's local applications in supply chain distribution and retail back-office domains
  • Serve as primary single point of contact (SPOC) for local stakeholders and Kering operation business process owners regarding SAP and legacy applications
  • Ensure proper application support organization and continuous monitoring of service levels and quality of services provided by external vendors
  • Function as primary escalation point for Priority 1 incidents impacting business continuity, identifying and reporting risks and mitigation actions in close collaboration with the SAP Centre of Excellence support team
  • Contribute to SAP design workshops for new deployments in Korea, translating business needs into functional and technical solutions while optimizing SAP standard capabilities
  • Support SAP testing phases, data migration activities, cutover plan execution and hypercare activities
  • Collaborate closely with central retail and supply teams to define project prioritization and ensure alignment with IT strategy for North East Asia
  • Provide regular status updates to Kering Technologies PMO regarding project progress, risks and milestone achievement
  • Manage Kering Technologies governance bodies engagement for gate preparation and financial budgeting for new demands in the area of responsibility

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of expertise with SAP ERP (preferably FMS, Retail, S/4 Hana) in sales and distribution modules implementation within the fashion industry
  • Demonstrated skilled analysis and maintenance of retail back-office tools including reporting, label printing and warehouse management systems
  • Knowledgeable about fashion and retail industries
  • Proven experience in large, complex and international IT projects
  • Knowledge of global SAP deployment methodologies and support models
  • Documented experience managing external resources and vendors
  • Graduate degree in computer science, management information systems or equivalent
  • Fluent in both English and Korean, written and spoken

Experience
