Kering — SAP GRC Specialist in Paris. Join the SAP Security & Internal Control team to implement SAP GRC and support global compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement, configure and deploy SAP GRC modules (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management) in alignment with group policies and the 2026 internal control roadmap.
- Operate as part of the SAP Security & Internal Control Centre of Excellence, providing application security controls and GRC governance to business entities.
- Provide L2/L3 support and maintenance for SAP security and GRC solutions, troubleshoot incidents and drive corrective actions to improve control reliability.
- Contribute to the design and standardisation of SAP internal control frameworks and SoD (segregation of duties) processes across S/4HANA, ECC and other SAP landscapes.
- Produce and maintain reporting, dashboards and KPI packs for internal control and audit stakeholders using business intelligence tooling.
- Create, update and structure SAP GRC and SAP Security documentation to support governance, audits and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate closely with IT, Finance, Internal Control and Audit teams to translate control requirements into technical and process controls.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in IT risk management, internal control, SoD processes, SOX compliance and IT audit.
- Hands-on experience with SAP GRC and SAP Security in production environments; ability to support implementation, maintenance and reporting activities.
- Working knowledge of SAP environments such as S/4HANA, ECC, BW and Fiori.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to operate within an international environment.
- Strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving, client-oriented mindset and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional, international teams. Knowledge of Finance, Retail or Supply Chain processes is an advantage.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in SAP GRC, IT risk, internal control or IT audit with proven involvement in implementation, support and reporting activities across SAP landscapes.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Risk Management or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications in GRC, IT audit or information security is a plus.
