Kering — SAP GRC Specialist (Paris). Join the SAP COE to lead SAP security, GRC deployment and internal control activities in an international luxury environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and deploy SAP GRC solutions (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management) in alignment with group policies and the 2026 internal control roadmap.
- Support SAP Security and Internal Control activities, including maintenance, incident resolution and continuous improvement of SAP security controls.
- Perform SoD analysis, contribute to SOX-related control design and remediation, and support IT audit activities.
- Produce governance and control documentation, user guides and standardized procedures within the SAP Center of Excellence.
- Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards related to SAP security and internal control using Business Intelligence tools.
- Collaborate closely with IT, Finance, Internal Control and Audit stakeholders to ensure controls meet entity and group requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven operational experience in IT risk management, internal control, SoD analysis, SOX compliance and IT audit.
- Hands-on experience with SAP GRC components (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management) and SAP security controls.
- Familiarity with SAP landscapes such as S/4HANA, ECC, BW and Fiori; experience supporting implementation, maintenance and support activities.
- Fluent written and spoken English required for daily interactions in an international environment; additional French language skills are advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset, structured problem-solving, client orientation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Professional experience in IT risk, internal control and SAP security functions; demonstrable involvement in SAP GRC implementations, SoD analysis, SOX-related controls and IT audit or compliance projects.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance or equivalent professional experience in IT risk/governance.
