- Act as regional Crisis Response Team (CRT) Coordinator: maintain crisis plans, run drills, prepare Situation Reports and serve as primary contact during emergencies.
- Enforce Group Travel Risk Management policy; provide travel security briefings, accompany sensitive delegations and coordinate executive protection and secure transportation providers.
- Maintain and develop a vetted regional network of security providers (executive protection, armed guarding, secure transport) and manage service provider performance through reviews and benchmarking.
- Provide regular geopolitical and security analysis to the Group Security Department and support Supply Chain Security activities in the region.
- Support loss‑prevention and retail security initiatives, advising houses and store teams on procedural controls and preventive measures.
Qualifications
- Relevant academic degree or professional security qualification from a recognised authority, or equivalent experience in law enforcement, government security or the military.
- 5–10 years’ demonstrable experience in corporate security, in‑house security leadership or as a security consultant, including practical incident and crisis management within a multinational organisation.
- In‑depth knowledge of political and security issues across the Middle East and Africa; demonstrated integrity and high professional standards.
- Proven ability to operate within complex matrix organisations and to coordinate with central security teams based at global HQ.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to travel across the region, including to higher‑risk locations, and to work outside regular hours when required.
