Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional security policies and procedures aligned with Group Security guidelines.
• Conduct regional risk assessments and security audits for corporate offices, retail sites and relevant partner locations; recommend and oversee corrective actions.
• Oversee physical security of offices, stores and other facilities, coordinating with landlords and local partners.
• Lead crisis management: maintain regional crisis plans, coordinate Crisis Response Team (CRT) activities, run drills and prepare situation reports for Group leadership.
• Manage travel security and geopolitical risk analysis; enforce Group Travel Risk Management policy and coordinate security for sensitive delegations.
• Investigate security incidents (theft, vandalism, counterfeiting, fraud), lead internal investigations and prepare detailed reports for the Asset Protection Division.
• Maintain incident reporting systems and ensure timely submission of major incidents to the Group Operations & Control Center.
• Support Supply Chain Security activities across the region and liaise with retail teams to implement loss-prevention measures.
• Maintain and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including law enforcement, airport security, embassies and security service providers.
• Oversee performance of security vendors through reviews, audits and market benchmarking; maintain a network of trusted providers for executive protection, secure transport and site guarding.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in corporate or regional security leadership, including crisis management and incident investigations.
• Demonstrated experience managing security for retail and/or corporate environments and coordinating with law enforcement and external providers.
• Strong ability to develop and implement security policies, conduct risk assessments, and deliver security training and drills.
• Proven vendor and stakeholder management skills, including oversight of executive protection and guarding services.
• High level of discretion, sound judgment under pressure and the ability to produce clear SitReps and briefings for senior leadership.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the region and to accompany delegations for sensitive trips.
• Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP or equivalent are advantageous.

Skills

Experience

Eight or more years of progressive experience in security, with demonstrable responsibility for crisis management, investigations and regional coordination; prior exposure to luxury retail, corporate security or supply-chain security is highly desirable.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in security management, criminology, law enforcement, risk management, business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; advanced security certifications (CPP, PSP) preferred.
