Kering seeks a Regional Adoption and Data Specialist in Shanghai to drive HR systems adoption, ensure data quality, and support compliance across Asia-Pacific operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver training on Workday and other HR tools to local HR teams, and develop and maintain learning assets in the HR Academy
  • Manage local communication and ambassador networks to promote HR initiatives and encourage tool adoption
  • Organize local workshops to identify pain points and operational challenges from regional HR teams
  • Monitor and follow up on local adoption KPIs for HR tools and processes, reporting progress to group leadership
  • Monitor and follow up on data quality KPIs and provide data literacy training to regional HR teams
  • Ensure correct implementation of master data management (MDM) standards in local systems and tools
  • Support impact analysis on local operations during HR process reviews and system changes
  • Enforce access management and HR Privacy guidelines at the regional level through training and monitoring
  • Perform audits of local HR tools and provide feedback on audit outcomes and compliance status
  • Identify local reporting needs and liaise with group reporting teams to address regional requirements

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in HR systems implementation, adoption, or change management
  • Proficiency with HR information systems, preferably Workday or similar enterprise platforms
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and master data management principles
  • Familiarity with HR compliance, privacy regulations, and information security best practices
  • Experience delivering training and leading workshops for multi-stakeholder audiences

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Professional certifications in HR systems, data management, or change management are a plus.
