Kering seeks a Recruitment Hub Expert in Macau to deliver end-to-end recruitment services across luxury brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Corporate and Retail roles, from briefing to final candidate identification, ensuring high-quality service and strong candidate experience across individual searches and high-volume recruitment campaigns
- Act as a trusted partner to HR Business Partners and hiring managers, understanding business needs and translating them into effective recruitment strategies whilst providing market insights and guidance to enable informed hiring decisions
- Contribute to overall Recruitment Hub performance by working seamlessly across multiple Kering Houses, adapting to different brand cultures and priorities, and actively supporting collaboration and shared team objectives
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies, building and maintaining diverse talent pipelines whilst leveraging external partners and contributing to campus and employer branding initiatives when relevant
- Ensure rigorous application of Group Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and standards, maintaining high data quality and consistency in systems, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment practices
- Deliver against individual and Hub performance objectives, using KPIs to track progress, drive accountability, and contribute to overall recruitment efficiency and impact
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment delivery
- Strong proficiency in English
- Experience with Workday or similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Familiarity with Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Knowledge of Eightfold is a plus
- End-to-end recruitment delivery capability
- Strong stakeholder and client engagement skills
- Demonstrated sourcing excellence and market insight
- Collaboration and team spirit orientation
- Data-driven and process-oriented mindset
- Problem-solving with business acumen and luxury/retail understanding

Experience
Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruiting, with demonstrated competency in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building talent pipelines, and engaging with multiple stakeholders. Experience working in luxury, retail, or multinational environments is advantageous. Familiarity with multi-brand or cross-functional recruitment scenarios is preferred.
