Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Corporate and Retail roles across multiple Kering brands, from briefing to final candidate identification, ensuring high-quality service and strong candidate experience
• Act as a trusted partner to HR and hiring managers, understanding business needs and translating them into effective recruitment strategies while providing market insights and guidance
• Contribute to overall Recruitment Hub performance by working seamlessly across multiple Houses, adapting to different brand cultures and priorities, and supporting team collaboration
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies, build and maintain strong and diverse talent pipelines, and leverage external partners to support campus and employer branding initiatives
• Ensure rigorous application of Group Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and standards, maintaining high data quality and consistency in systems
• Deliver against individual and Hub performance objectives using KPIs to track progress, drive accountability, and contribute to overall efficiency and impact

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end recruitment delivery experience with demonstrated ability to drive efficient, high-quality hiring processes
• Strong stakeholder and client engagement skills with the ability to build partnerships with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers
• Sourcing excellence and market insight with ability to attract and engage talent through multiple channels
• Demonstrated collaboration and team spirit with proven contribution to team performance and cross-brand cooperation
• Data-driven and process-oriented mindset with leverage of KPIs and commitment to consistency, compliance, and accuracy
• Problem-solving ability with business acumen and understanding of retail and luxury sector dynamics
• Fluency in English and proficiency with Workday or similar Applicant Tracking System
• Familiarity with Candidate Relationship Management tools (Eightfold knowledge is preferred)

Experience

Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruiting with demonstrated expertise in managing multiple concurrent recruitment initiatives across different brands and functions. Experience in a luxury goods or high-volume retail recruitment environment is highly valued.

Education

Not specified; secondary or tertiary education expected for corporate recruitment professional roles.
