Kering Singapore seeks a Real Estate Portfolio Management Intern in Singapore to support regional retail real estate, market intelligence and portfolio reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect, verify and maintain real estate data and materials to support regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Support the Portfolio Manager in preparing reports, presentations, market studies, financial analyses and retail development plans for Group brands.
  • Manage and update in‑house databases (location maps, macroeconomic indicators, luxury rankings, lease databases) and contribute to the regional real estate process implementation.
  • Monitor market and industry trends, track competitor activity and contribute regional input to the weekly newsletter.
  • Build and maintain targeted data collections for Japanese department stores and defined catchment areas.
  • Coordinate internal and cross‑functional meetings, record meeting notes and facilitate alignment across stakeholders.
  • Participate in team business reviews, problem‑solving sessions and ad‑hoc projects; provide general administrative support as required.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a closely related discipline with a strong academic record.
  • Initial professional exposure (internship or work‑study) in real estate, asset management, finance or related functions is preferred.
  • Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in fashion and the luxury industry and eagerness to develop expertise in real estate and market intelligence.
  • Business‑minded, proactive team player with high attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
