Kering is seeking a Real Estate Intern in Paris to support its offices, industrial and logistics real estate team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the real estate strategy for offices, production centres and logistics facilities for Kering and its Houses.
- Develop and consolidate databases, financial models and presentations.
- Collect market data and contribute to benchmarking.
- Support internal communications and coordination.
- Manage internal real estate databases, including lease records, key plans and internal indicators.
- Prepare strategic presentations and related financial models for leasing, consolidation, renewals and investment.
- Help organise meetings with internal and external stakeholders and prepare meeting minutes to support alignment and internal communication.
- Provide general administrative support.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (first or second year) in real estate, finance or business.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented, curious, proactive and agile, with a strong sense of confidentiality.
