Kering Real Estate Intern (6 months, Paris, September 2026). Support corporate real estate strategy and portfolio management for luxury conglomerate.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the real estate team in managing internal databases including lease agreements, floor plans, and performance indicators
  • Prepare strategic presentations and associated financial models for new leases, portfolio consolidation, renewals, and capital investments
  • Organize meetings with internal and external stakeholders and prepare meeting notes to ensure alignment and internal communication
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking activities
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and coordinate internal communications

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in Master's 1 or Master's 2 program in real estate, finance, or business
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with intellectual curiosity, proactivity, agility, and discretion

Experience
