Kering Real Estate Intern (6 months, Paris, September 2026). Support corporate real estate strategy and portfolio management for luxury conglomerate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the real estate team in managing internal databases including lease agreements, floor plans, and performance indicators
- Prepare strategic presentations and associated financial models for new leases, portfolio consolidation, renewals, and capital investments
- Organize meetings with internal and external stakeholders and prepare meeting notes to ensure alignment and internal communication
- Conduct market research and benchmarking activities
- Assist with general administrative tasks and coordinate internal communications
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Master's 1 or Master's 2 program in real estate, finance, or business
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with intellectual curiosity, proactivity, agility, and discretion
Skills
Experience
Currently pursuing graduate-level studies in real estate, finance, or commerce with demonstrated interest in corporate real estate or financial planning.
Education
Master's 1 or Master's 2 degree in progress in real estate, finance, or business administration.
