Kering — Real Estate Intern in Paris. 6-month internship supporting retail real estate strategy and operations for the Group's maisons in Europe.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the retail real estate strategy for the Group's maisons across Europe, under the supervision of the Real Estate EMEA team.
- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking and data collection to feed internal databases and strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and update internal databases (floor plans, external benchmarks, KPIs) and prepare reports and strategic presentations.
- Provide operational support for site-related activities: site visits, investigations, modelling of location strategies and preparation for negotiations.
- Participate in internal and external meetings (Group teams, maisons, landlords, brokers, experts), organise stakeholder meetings and prepare meeting minutes to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and documentation related to lease conclusions and property operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Master 1 or Master 2 in real estate, law, business administration, finance, commerce or a related discipline.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented, curious, proactive, agile and discreet with confidential information.
Skills
Experience
No specific professional experience required; academic coursework or project experience in real estate, retail property, leasing or related fields is advantageous. Internship experience in corporate real estate or property operations is a plus.
Education
Master 1 or Master 2 (ongoing) in real estate, law, business administration, finance, commerce or equivalent.
