Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct research to support competitor and new market analysis for strategic development.
- Collect, analyze, and benchmark rental rates against fair market values and overall occupancy costs.
- Review leases and abstracts to identify key business terms.
- Prepare written materials for presentations and business memorandums.
- Compile and manage real estate transaction and lease files.
- Support due diligence processes for acquisitions and dispositions, including financial modeling and market research.
- Monitor and report on key real estate market trends and economic indicators affecting portfolio performance.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree.
