Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the calendar for the function head with precision and efficiency.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Prepare documents and presentations for meetings and events.
- Handle monthly expense reports for the function head.
- Facilitate meeting coordination and logistics.
- Provide daily administrative support to the team.
- Conduct market intelligence activities, including data collection and database maintenance.
- Assist Real Estate Managers with contract process execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a personal or team assistant role at a senior level.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Previous experience in a senior support role within a multinational company is advantageous.
