Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the calendar for the function head with precision and efficiency.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Prepare documents and presentations as required.
- Oversee monthly expense management for the function head.
- Facilitate meeting coordination and provide daily administrative support to the team.
- Support market intelligence efforts through data collection and database maintenance.
- Assist Real Estate Managers with contract process execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a personal or team assistant role at a senior level.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
