Role & Responsibilities
- Execute intercompany transactions including issuance and recording of billings, invoices, debit and credit notes in accordance with agreed processes.
- Perform month‑end and year‑end closing activities for intercompany accounts: confirmations, reconciliations, and income/expense accruals.
- Provide audit support and respond to queries relating to intercompany transactions and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance of intercompany processing with applicable accounting standards and internal SLAs.
- Identify, escalate and drive remediation of gaps to improve daily operations and closing/reporting SLAs.
- Contribute to SSC transformation initiatives including paperless transition and redesign of controls, practices and processes.
- Participate in process‑improvement projects and undertake ad‑hoc assignments as required by the Manager R2R Intercompany.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or Finance; CA qualification required.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in finance and accounting roles.
- At least 2 years' experience with a public accounting firm; Big Four experience highly preferred.
- Practical knowledge of intercompany accounting, reconciliations and month‑end close processes.
- Familiarity with SAP is preferred.

Experience
A minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in finance and accounting, including at least 2 years at a public accounting firm (Big Four preferred). Demonstrated experience managing intercompany transactions, reconciliations and month‑end/year‑end closing within a shared‑service or multi‑jurisdictional environment.
Education
Degree in Accounting or Finance; Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
