Kering seeks an Italian‑speaking Property Manager in Paris to manage a lease portfolio across Italy and France for its Real Estate team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage lease administration and day‑to‑day lease management for a portfolio of 14 corporate assets in Italy, with additional support for French assets, ensuring operational continuity from handover to lease expiry.
  • Act as primary point of contact for landlords, brokers, insurers, legal advisors, property managers and internal stakeholders (construction, facilities, legal, finance, insurance).
  • Maintain and update reporting and activity‑tracking tools (tenancy schedules, invoicing, budgets, ongoing requests) and contribute to consolidation of global real estate data into Power BI reports.
  • Handle contractual and pre‑litigation dossiers, monitor insurance claims and participate in expert meetings, ensuring compliance with local lease terms and regulations.
  • Coordinate technical and operational site matters, oversee tenant works approvals, organise meetings and site visits, and ensure assets meet applicable regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Supervise invoice processing and approvals, participate in budgeting and forecasting cycles with responsibility for rental expense budgets, and follow up on financial claims related to leases.
  • Support the Head of Property Management in supervising French assets, coordinate external service providers (audits, inspections, expert assessments) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in real estate, law, business, engineering or related discipline.
  • Initial professional experience in property management, legal support, facility management or a related real estate function.
  • Good knowledge of accounting and legal principles applied to commercial real estate and lease management.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks and manage complex situations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proactive, pragmatic and structured approach to stakeholder management.
  • Fluent written and spoken Italian; strong English; French is a valuable asset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI is advantageous.
