Kering — Project Management Intern, Finance Learning Transformation (Internship) in Paris (La Défense). 6-month placement starting Jun/Jul 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the PMO in coordinating the Finance Learning Transformation project: maintain timelines, update project tools and produce status reports.
- Formalize and organize training deliverables and maintain project documentation (plans, reports, timelines).
- Prepare agendas, coordinate meetings and record action items for cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, IT, HR).
- Gather, map and align finance training materials with business processes and structure content within Degreed.
- Participate in the digitalization of learning materials, including use of AI tools, and document design and methodology deliverables.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and track stakeholder feedback to address concerns.
- Support analysis of training effectiveness (engagement, feedback) and contribute to regular reporting on project status and outcomes.
- Research best practices in digital learning and process optimization and contribute to continuous improvement and ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master’s degree programme in Business, Corporate Finance or a closely related field.
- Available for a 6-month internship under a French internship agreement, commencing June/July 2026; based in La Défense, Courbevoie (Paris area).
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken); Italian is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational and time-management abilities, and attention to detail.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skills
Experience
No specific years of professional experience required; previous internship or coursework in project management, training, or finance is a strong advantage. The intern will report to the PMO and work alongside cross-functional teams.
Education
Master’s degree student (in progress) in Business, Corporate Finance or related discipline.
