Kering seeks Production Project Manager in Milan to lead IT and supply chain initiatives across luxury Maisons. 7–10 years required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and initial risk assessments for complex IT and supply chain programs
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned projects, managing dependencies, engaging stakeholders, facilitating collaboration between technical teams and business leads, and resolving conflicts
  • Monitor project execution through daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and status meetings; track deliverables, remove blockers, ensure quality standards, and facilitate transition to run mode
  • Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation and contingency plans, resolve technical and organizational issues quickly, and make informed decisions to maintain project stability
  • Track key performance indicators (timeline, budget, scope, quality), prepare progress reports for management, provide forecasts, and ensure comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex, and international IT supply chain programs
  • Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes, preferably in luxury or retail industries
  • Strong organizational skills and critical-thinking ability
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to engage stakeholders from multiple functions and geographies
  • Fluency in English (required); Italian and French highly valued
