Kering — Production Application Intern (curricular) in Milan. Six-month full-time internship with Kering Technologies starting July 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to the Production Planning & Collaboration Tools team by analysing, managing and monitoring project activities related to production applications.
  • Collaborate with Kering Technologies teams and brand stakeholders to gather business requirements; organise and attend meetings and workshops and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Support functional and user-acceptance testing of new applications or features, validating implementations against business requirements.
  • Monitor project plans, deliverables, deadlines, risks and issues; liaise with external vendors and record updates using project tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Maintain and curate project and team documentation repositories to ensure completeness, accuracy and currency.
  • Document analysed business requirements and prepare deliverables for handoff to external IT vendors.
  • Contribute to pilots, software demos and proof-of-concept work; produce associated deliverables to support Production Planning & Collaboration Tools initiatives.
  • Support evaluation of how AI tools can be applied within Production Planning & Collaboration applications and processes.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an Information Technology or STEM programme (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management and Industrial Engineering).
  • Available for a curricular internship starting July 2026 for a minimum of six consecutive full-time months.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken; French is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Basic understanding of project management practices (project monitoring, documentation and reporting).
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms (ER, PLM, Business Intelligence) is an advantage.
