Kering — Product Owner Intern in Paris. 6‑month internship in Retail Product Management supporting mobile product delivery for Kering’s Maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Product Managers in the definition and refinement of product requirements by gathering business needs from Brand teams and translating them into actionable user stories.
- Facilitate and prepare weekly Product Management meetings, including agendas, follow-ups and ownership of action points.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, refinements, reviews, retrospectives) to maintain team alignment and delivery cadence.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for newly implemented features to ensure cross‑team usability and traceability.
- Organize and take part in non‑regression testing sessions; monitor and report test outcomes prior to production releases.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities and support sprint delivery.
- Assist with feature activation and production rollouts, coordinating dependencies and stakeholder communications.
- Act as a liaison with Application Maintenance teams to track incident resolution and disseminate relevant information across the product organisation.
- Collect, structure and analyse user feedback from ongoing surveys to inform product improvements and roadmap prioritisation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in project management or digital product management (internship, academic projects or first professional experience), ideally in a demanding or international environment.
- Familiarity with Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Good knowledge of basic information systems concepts and non‑regression testing approaches.
- Technical English proficiency sufficient for documentation and cross‑team communication.
- Clear, structured and pragmatic problem‑solving approach, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team‑oriented mindset and a proactive attitude toward ownership and continuous improvement.
Skills
Experience
Some prior exposure to project management or digital product management through internships, academic projects or professional experience; experience in a complex or international environment is preferred.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Product Design, or a related discipline.
