Role & Responsibilities

  • Animate and participate in weekly Product Managers meetings, including agenda preparation and action follow-up.
  • Engage in 'scrum ceremonies' to facilitate agile project management.
  • Assist in the creation of training materials for newly delivered features.
  • Conduct non-regression tests to ensure the functionality of digital tools before new features are deployed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external development teams to ensure seamless integration of new features.
  • Support Product Leads in the activation and roll-out of new features.
  • Liaise between Product Managers and the Support team to address reported issues via a ticketing system.
  • Manage and analyze feedback from internal surveys to inform product improvements.
  • Proactively identify and propose solutions for areas of improvement.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a master's degree in Project or Product Management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English; Italian language skills are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
  • Basic technical understanding of information systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and potential issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in similar roles is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Jira or Confluence is considered a plus.
