Kering — Novara: Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Industrial Accountant (fixed-term). Support industrial finance operations, invoice processing and intercompany reconciliations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage invoice and payment approval workflows across industrial entities, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Record and issue supplier invoices, perform cost imputations and support cost evaluation for industrial operations.
- Maintain accounting books and mandatory records; verify, control and file tax documentation including Intrastat submissions.
- Perform inter-company reconciliations and resolve reconciliation differences with counterpart entities.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses to meet management needs and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with the controlling team to support monthly reporting, budget and forecast activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; university degree in economics or equivalent is a plus.
- Knowledge of general and fiscal accounting principles and national/international standards (IFRS).
- Proactive, detail-oriented and analytical with the ability to manage high volumes of tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, inclusive approach; able to work autonomously when required.
- Fluent in Italian with good written and spoken English.

Experience
Previous experience in a procure-to-pay, accounts payable or industrial accounting role is advantageous but not mandatory; familiarity with intercompany reconciliations, monthly close and budget/forecast processes is preferred.
Education
High school graduate; a university degree in economics or accounting is considered a plus.
