Kering is seeking a Press Relations Intern to support its corporate press team with media monitoring, press inquiries, media partnerships, press releases and coordination of press events, including Women in Motion activities. The internship supports Group projects planned for 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor media across all platforms and conduct thematic research and analysis; help draft notes on current affairs.
  • Update and enrich the morning press review in coordination with the team.
  • Assist with routine general press inquiries, including qualification, information research, response proposals, internal validation, replies and follow-up.
  • Support projects planned by the Group in 2027 and help organize press events, including conferences, press trips and informal meetings between Group executives and journalists on corporate, financial and non-financial topics.
  • Support events linked to the Women in Motion initiative, including the Cannes Film Festival and other international events in the arts and culture sector.
  • Help monitor media partnerships.
  • Help publish press releases, manage media contact lists and administer the CRM tool.
  • Help coordinate with agencies and Group teams internationally.
  • Help manage relationships with media-monitoring providers and press tools.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a master's degree at a business school, with a strong literary background (preparatory class or equivalent) and/or university studies in literature or the humanities.
  • Strong curiosity about current affairs, media, culture, reputation issues and corporate communications.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • International exposure; a bicultural background is ideal. Otherwise, excellent written and spoken French and English are required. Proficiency in a third language, preferably Italian or Chinese, is an advantage.
  • Rigor, reliability and attention to detail.
  • Availability, responsiveness and adaptability.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and a considerate approach.
  • Good knowledge of, or interest in, economic, macroeconomic and geopolitical current affairs.
  • Interest in the fashion and luxury sectors, with an affinity for culture.
