Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle XStore POS and XOffice systems.
  • Collaborate with product leads to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Facilitate the integration of POS solutions with other retail and enterprise systems, including ERPs and data platforms.
  • Coordinate with development, DevSecOps, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure optimal system performance and security.
  • Work closely with the QA team to manage testing activities.
  • Assist the AMS team in troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
  • Generate comprehensive technical documentation for each feature delivered.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in store technology.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle XStore POS.
  • Strong understanding of retail processes.
  • Fluency in English is essential.

Skills

Expertise in retail technology and digital solutions. Proficient knowledge of retail platforms such as XStore, XOffice, and payment solutions. Technical proficiency in Java, SQL, APIs, and XML. Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Capacity to navigate complex international environments.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle XStore POS and related retail systems.
