Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate audits across the European region, acting as the primary contact for audit teams.
- Monitor audit progress and ensure high-quality documentation is provided.
- Define operational KPIs and provide real-time feedback to enhance audit efficiency.
- Conduct process reviews to understand daily activities and identify financial risks.
- Document narratives for the Finance Shared Services Center (FSSC) and auditors.
- Propose improvements for existing processes and controls.
- Implement actions to increase efficiency during audit periods, such as document lists and schedules.
- Support the SSC Germany team with annual account updates, publications, and tax controls.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Control, Audit, or Finance.
- Previous experience in finance is appreciated.
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory; additional European languages are a plus.
Skills
Experience
A background in finance, with any prior internship or work experience in the field being advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Master's or Bachelor's program in a relevant field.
