Kering seeks a People Data & Analytics Intern in Milan, Italy to support HR reporting, Workday security and Power BI dashboarding.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR reporting and contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of group-level Power BI dashboards.
- Collaborate on the design and documentation of report templates to improve usability and data literacy for HR teams.
- Assist in creation and delivery of training materials focused on people analytics and the effective use of HR reporting tools.
- Respond to stakeholder data requests, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and appropriate interpretation of HR metrics and dashboards.
- Support Workday security administration by assisting with role and permission management to protect sensitive employee data.
- Identify, track and help remediate HR data quality issues using established processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical aptitude with proven ability to manipulate and interpret datasets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of Workday is an advantage.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Experience
Entry-level / internship: no specific prior professional tenure required; academic projects or prior internships involving data analysis, reporting or HR systems will be considered favourable.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related quantitative discipline.
