Kering seeks a People Data & Analytics Intern in Milan, Italy to support HR reporting, Workday security and Power BI dashboarding.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR reporting and contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of group-level Power BI dashboards.
  • Collaborate on the design and documentation of report templates to improve usability and data literacy for HR teams.
  • Assist in creation and delivery of training materials focused on people analytics and the effective use of HR reporting tools.
  • Respond to stakeholder data requests, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and appropriate interpretation of HR metrics and dashboards.
  • Support Workday security administration by assisting with role and permission management to protect sensitive employee data.
  • Identify, track and help remediate HR data quality issues using established processes and tools.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with proven ability to manipulate and interpret datasets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic understanding of Workday is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Experience
