Kering seeks a Payroll Manager in Courbevoie, France. Manage payroll, time tracking, and HR administration for 350+ employees across luxury brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and integrate variable payroll data from multiple sources
- Monitor and validate time management entries submitted by employees, managers, and HR teams
- Track absences and statutory entitlements including sick leave and maternity cover
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll production for assigned employee portfolios in compliance with internal procedures and deadlines
- Reconcile payroll records and perform settlement of accounts
- Process salary deductions and advance payments
- Calculate payroll simulations and conduct variance analyses
- Produce and verify DSN (Déclaration Sociale Nominative) submissions for monthly and event-driven reporting (illness, maternity, contract termination, etc.) in coordination with external authorities
- Manage regulatory adjustments with URSSAF and other social security organizations (insurance, pension, tax authority, mutual insurance)
- Advise HR and management teams on payroll regulations and procedures
- Contribute to the development and optimization of internal payroll procedures and process enhancements
- Participate in payroll system testing, configuration, and user acceptance testing
- Maintain regulatory and contractual compliance awareness
- Manage and oversee all time and activity tracking processes
- Process leave requests and manage leave accruals
- Administer absences, attendance, and statutory entitlements
- Validate time management data entries and identify discrepancies
- Advise HR and management on time tracking regulations and best practices
- Ensure data integrity between time management and payroll systems
- Identify and resolve clocking or attendance anomalies
- Apply and enforce time management rules including schedules, counters, and working cycles
- Provide frontline user support for time management systems to employees, managers, and HR
- Train and onboard new users on time tracking processes
- Produce activity reporting and maintain HR dashboards
- Generate periodic activity reports and distribute to assigned brand portfolios
- Deliver post-payroll reports to accounting and financial control departments
- Monitor support tickets in the dedicated tool in compliance with SLA agreements and internal procedures
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in payroll production, time and activity management, and related administrative functions
- Demonstrated experience managing payroll portfolios of 350+ employees
- Proficiency with payroll software, ideally ADP or equivalent systems, and time management platforms
- Advanced proficiency with office tools, particularly Microsoft Excel for controls and reporting
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation
- Strong teamwork capabilities and ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments including HR, Accounting, Treasury, and Finance
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Solid knowledge of English for an international working environment

3–5 years of proven experience in payroll production, administrative management, and processing for portfolios exceeding 350 employees, with demonstrated expertise in managing time and activity systems alongside payroll operations.
Education
Secondary education minimum; certification in payroll administration, human resources, or accounting preferred but not required.
