Kering seeks a P2P Accountant (T&E, Korean speaker) in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia — responsible for T&E processing, SAP and P2P operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process travel and expense (T&E) claims and employee reimbursements within agreed SLAs, ensuring compliance with company policies and SSC standards.
- Execute Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) activities related to T&E, including invoice verification, payment execution and lodge card reconciliation.
- Respond to employee and brand finance queries promptly and provide ad-hoc reports or analysis upon request.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and implementing audit recommendations.
- Contribute to process implementations and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
- Collaborate with Brands Finance and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain effective working relationships.
- Provide backup support to peers and participate in team activities to optimise team effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Business proficiency in English and Korean (reading, writing and speaking) — TOPIK Level 4–5 preferred.
- Diploma with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting with at least 4 years' relevant experience.
- Demonstrable experience in Purchase-to-Pay and Travel & Expense processes, including lodge card reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles, expenditure cycle rules and inter-company recharge principles.
- Proven ability to adhere to internal controls, SLAs and SSC operational standards.
Skills
Experience
4–5 years of progressive accounts payable/P2P or general accounting experience, with specific exposure to Travel & Expense processing and reconciliations. Experience supporting audits and working within a shared service centre or multi-brand finance environment is preferred.
Education
Diploma with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting with a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience.
