Kering — P2P Accountant (T&E, Korean speaker) in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Responsible for T&E claims, SAP processing and AP stakeholder support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Process Travel & Expense (T&E) claims and employee payments within agreed SLAs, ensuring compliance with company policies and SSC standards.
  • Execute Lodge Card reconciliation and perform daily/monthly closing activities related to the P2P cycle.
  • Perform APAC audit processes for T&E and support internal and external audits.
  • Respond to and resolve employee queries related to T&E and P2P transactions.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis upon request to support finance stakeholders.
  • Support internal projects, new process implementations and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline P2P workflows.
  • Maintain and assist in updating Accounts Payable policies and procedures, ensuring internal controls are adhered to.
  • Provide backup support to peers and foster effective team collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Diploma with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting with at least 4 years' relevant experience.
  • Business-level proficiency in English and Korean (reading, writing and speaking); TOPIK Level 4–5 preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in Purchase-to-Pay processes, specifically T&E claims and invoice processing within SLA.
  • Proven ability to work with SAP and other financial systems; strong general computer literacy and a proactive learning attitude.
  • Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles, expenditure cycle rules and inter-company recharge principles.
  • Strong organisational skills, effective written and oral communication, and cultural sensitivity when liaising with regional stakeholders.

Experience
