Kering is recruiting an Online Destocking Project Assistant for an internship with its Other eCommerce Channels team in Paris. The role supports 16 online destocking sales per year, coordinating Maison and partner activities, platform testing, reporting, employee communications and continuous improvement.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the eight Maisons in preparing the information required to qualify sales offers.
• Support the monitoring of each operational stage in coordination with internal supply chain teams.
• Coordinate activities across the partner’s production, sales, supply, logistics, customer service and accounting teams.
• Carry out functional tests of the online platform across all environments.
• Track platform developments and ticket resolutions in Notion, working directly with the partner’s project managers and business analysts.
• Contribute to global reporting and analyses of the platform and sales performance.
• Improve management of the employee database in the current solution.
• Create and update internal documentation in English.
• Handle worldwide employee email enquiries, including registration requests, questions about using and operating the tool, and information on current or upcoming sales.
• Manage invitations and communicate platform activity to employees through internal communications tools, including VivaEngage, the intranet and Salesforce emailing.
• Contribute to optimizing the solution and its related documentation.

Qualifications

• Hold a third-year undergraduate degree (Licence 3) or be studying at Master 1 level.
• Have initial experience in project management and/or eCommerce or digital.
• Be fluent in English; Italian is an advantage.
• Have language skills suited to different contexts and audiences, including colleagues, partners and Maisons.
• Have excellent written communication and communication skills across channels, including email, social media and presentations.
• Have solid knowledge of key Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Be autonomous, well organized and proactive, learn quickly, and be able to thrive in a highly dynamic work environment.
