Kering is seeking an Omnichannel Digital Catalog Project Assistant intern in Paris to support product data governance and digital catalog projects across several of its Houses. The role covers Akeneo PIM data quality, AI-enabled content enrichment, e-commerce launches, user needs, functional specifications, testing and deployment tracking, with collaboration across international business and technical teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor the quality, completeness and compliance of product data in Akeneo PIM and associated tools.
- Identify and resolve data anomalies in collaboration with business and technical teams.
- Contribute to digital catalog optimization projects using AI, including automated content enrichment, translation and prompt writing.
- Support e-commerce collection launches and checks against regulatory requirements such as the AGEC law.
- Conduct competitive intelligence on digital innovations, e-commerce practices and omnichannel functions in the luxury sector.
- Collect and analyze user needs with Digital, E-commerce, IT, Operations, Sustainability, Legal and Compliance teams.
- Contribute to functional specifications, prepare user acceptance testing campaigns and track deployments.
- Prepare presentation materials, meeting minutes and project committee materials.
- Track roadmaps and enhancement requests in Jira.
- Create documentation and training materials, and support user workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently in the final year of an engineering school or a Master’s program specializing in information systems, data, digital, e-commerce or project management.
- Strong interest in digital technologies, data and enterprise AI applications.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and problem-solving abilities.
- Rigorous and organized, with the ability to manage several topics simultaneously.
- Enjoys teamwork and international environments involving numerous stakeholders.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; ideally has initial familiarity with tools such as Akeneo and Jira.
- Excellent written and spoken French and English.
