Kering seeks a New Business Development Manager in Paris to lead strategic projects and develop growth opportunities for the House of Wonders initiative.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across luxury categories, channels and geographies to drive sustainable long‑term growth.
- Develop robust business cases and strategic recommendations for new ventures, partnerships or acquisitions, including financial modeling and risk assessment.
- Monitor emerging trends and innovations in luxury, lifestyle and adjacent sectors to feed ideation and concept development.
- Lead strategic projects supporting House of Wonders portfolio brands — e.g., retail expansion, industrial partnerships and go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Build and lead cross‑functional project teams, coordinating stakeholders across commercial, supply chain, product and legal functions to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Establish project governance, define milestones and KPIs, and maintain momentum and accountability across initiatives.
- Promote a culture of experimentation and entrepreneurial thinking, encouraging rapid prototyping and iterative validation of new concepts.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of professional experience in business development, corporate strategy, consulting, corporate development or a related function — ideally within luxury, premium goods or retail.
- Proven ability to build business cases, perform financial modeling and conduct rigorous risk assessments.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with an ability to synthesise complex information rapidly.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated stakeholder management and ability to interact with senior executives.
- High level of discretion, intellectual rigour and professional maturity.
- Intellectual curiosity and capacity to operate in a fast‑moving, multicultural international environment.

Experience
5–8 years in business development, strategy, corporate development or management consulting, with experience of cross‑border projects and working with senior stakeholders in luxury or premium sectors.
Education
Master's degree or equivalent in business, finance, strategy, economics or a related discipline preferred.
