Kering Technologies Network Project Manager in Paris – oversee multi-region infrastructure delivery and stakeholder coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate regional teams in EMEA, AMER, and APAC and global stakeholders to ensure cohesive and aligned execution with Group priorities
  • Serve as primary contact for Maisons, local teams, operations, architects, finance, procurement, and external partners
  • Identify risks, dependencies, blockers, and escalation points; propose pragmatic action plans and monitor resolution
  • Ensure adherence to Kering's governance framework, documentation standards, change processes, and reporting cadence
  • Deliver structured and clear project updates covering progress, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and next steps
  • Coordinate with system integrators, service providers, and vendors to ensure delivery commitments are met and escalate when necessary
  • Document decisions, lessons learned, risks, and best practices to improve execution of future network programs
  • Conduct periodic travel for project workshops, deployment support, vendor meetings, and governance governance sessions
  • Monitor project budgets, actual costs, forecasts, purchase orders, and remaining commitments in coordination with Finance and Procurement teams
  • Provide stakeholders with clear visibility of budget progress, risks, and upcoming financial decisions
  • Identify potential budget variances and contribute to preparing options when scope, priority, or funding arbitration is required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience, ideally in network infrastructure, telecommunications, retail, or international IT environments
  • Sound knowledge of network infrastructures and comfort with LAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, or infrastructure renewal programmes
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating timelines, risks, dependencies, vendors, and stakeholders in multi-country or complex environments
  • Competency in supporting budget tracking, cost monitoring, purchase order control, and financial reporting with senior stakeholder support
  • Fluent in French for daily collaboration with local teams and stakeholders
  • Fluent in English to coordinate exchanges with global teams and stakeholders
