Kering seeks Network and Security Architecture Manager in Paris to lead global infrastructure strategy and manage architecture team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of network and security architects, establishing objectives, priorities, and roadmaps aligned with Group IT and cybersecurity strategy
- Define and direct network and security architecture strategy across LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, SSE, and datacenter domains
- Establish and maintain architecture standards, design principles, and associated governance processes
- Design and oversee major transformation initiatives including SASE architecture implementation, virtual connectivity hubs, and datacenter modernization
- Drive technology selection activities including market research, request for proposals, and proof-of-concept evaluations
- Provide advanced expertise and escalation support on critical and complex infrastructure topics
- Collaborate closely with cybersecurity, operations, enterprise architecture teams, and external partners to ensure coherence and success of Group initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of enterprise network infrastructure experience, including significant architecture and hands-on technical knowledge
- Proven team management or technical leadership experience
- Advanced proficiency in enterprise network architectures covering WAN, LAN, WLAN, SSE, and datacenter environments
- Deep knowledge of Fortinet, Zscaler, Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco Meraki, Juniper, and F5 technologies
- Expertise in cloud connectivity concepts, particularly AWS
- Demonstrated ability to engage multiple stakeholders in international contexts, challenge existing positions, and make structural technical decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Excellent documentation and standards-writing capabilities
