Kering internship in Paris: Methods Engineer for technical operations and facilities optimization across global luxury group headquarters.
Role & Responsibilities
- Update Power BI dashboards to report on technical team activity across all sites
- Draft technical intervention procedures (electrical, plumbing, emergency protocols, etc.) and create a filing system via SharePoint
- Maintain the annual technical schedule covering regulatory and operational requirements
- Design and implement an internal inventory and supply order tracking tool for technical materials and vendor invoicing
- Develop energy activity reports for Kering's Parisian facilities
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or equivalent, ideally in quality management or performance optimization
- Proficiency in written and oral communication in multicultural environments
- Strong organizational skills and analytical capability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Project, and Word
- Ability to work with confidentiality and discretion
