Role & Responsibilities

  • Update dashboards (POWER BI) to ensure reporting of the technical team's activities.
  • Draft technical intervention procedures (Electricity, plumbing, emergencies, etc.) to document all interventions and create a classification hierarchy through the Technical Department's SharePoint.
  • Update the annual technical schedule (regulatory and operational).
  • Create a tool for tracking internal stock management and technical supply orders to ensure order entry and supplier invoice tracking.
  • Implement energy activity reports for Kering's Parisian sites.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3 or higher), ideally in quality and performance optimization.

Skills

Proficient in written and verbal communication in intercultural environments, demonstrating diplomacy and assertiveness. Ability to work discreetly on confidential matters. Strong organizational skills with excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities. Good listening skills, team spirit, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in IT tools (Excel, Project, Word, etc.). Versatile and autonomous.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in operational management is essential.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3 or higher).
