- Prepare investment analyses, proposal comparisons and negotiation briefs.
- Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key partners and the agency by preparing materials and performance summaries and following up on agreed actions.
- Coordinate bookings and allocations of Group media opportunities, including Group out-of-home (OOH) deals shared across Houses.

- Help Houses make full use of Group agreements, Group deals and media tools, and resolve issues with the agency.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the Group’s global media agency across its global and local teams, tracking delivery against the operating model, scope of work and service-level agreements.
- Run regular status meetings with the agency’s day-to-day leads, following up on deliverables and action plans and escalating issues to the Head of Media Trading.
- Monitor agency service quality across Houses and markets, gathering House feedback and addressing gaps with the agency.
- Coordinate the annual agency evaluation and support media investment audits.
- Maintain and communicate the Group’s media governance framework and investment guidelines.
- Coordinate deployment and adoption of Group media tools, platforms and reporting solutions across the Houses.
- Contribute to strategic projects and Group media initiatives, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Review and consolidate forecast (FC) and budget (BU) submissions, analysing media spend across Houses, markets, channels and partners and flagging issues.
- Brief and challenge the agency on investment, productivity and competitive reporting, including cost benchmarks, savings, agency commitments, share of voice and competitor spend by partner, and translate its outputs into clear recommendations.
- Coordinate media carbon reporting with Kering’s Sustainability team.
- Share industry trends, partner developments and emerging opportunities with internal teams.
