Master Data Analyst at Kering in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Support MDM and Esker implementation for global luxury brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Resolve service requests through the Internal Ticketing System and manage escalations
- Lead Esker implementation initiatives across multiple brands and countries, including configuration, approval workflow setup, IO/WBS/CC maintenance, training delivery, testing, go-live coordination, and documentation
- Escalate complex technical issues to professional Esker teams and internal project teams to ensure optimal brand satisfaction
- Support the Assistant Manager on end-to-end master data management processes for the FSSC and collaborate with regional FSSC counterparts to streamline Master Data Management procedures
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure Master Data compliance with internal control processes and regulatory requirements
- Verify the completeness, accuracy, relevance, and audit trail of Kering Group Master Data to support process efficiency, internal control effectiveness, and strategic insight generation
- Conduct periodic audits of master data to assess quality and ensure compliance with internal control frameworks
- Execute ad-hoc assignments as directed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Information Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; or Diploma in equivalent discipline
- Minimum 2 years of professional working experience
- Proven knowledge of and hands-on experience with SAP AP and Master Data modules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within team environments
- Self-driven mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills
Skills
Experience
2 years of professional experience in finance, master data management, or related operational roles. Experience with SAP AP, Esker implementation, or service request management is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Information Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent Diploma.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, with easy access to Kuala Lumpur.
