Kering Master Data Analyst

Role & Responsibilities

• Resolve service requests via the internal ticketing system and manage day-to-day MDM operational queues.
• Collect, verify and onboard vendor information; create and maintain SAP vendor accounts and record accurate account metadata.
• Manage SAP and non-SAP master data objects (Supplier, Customer, Projects/Orders, user administration) and ensure synchronization with ancillary systems (Store DB, Tririga, Esker, Concur, Workday, BlackLine).
• Support end-to-end master data management processes for the Finance Shared Service Centre and collaborate with regional FSSC counterparts to harmonize procedures.
• Perform periodic audits of master data to ensure completeness, accuracy, relevance and maintenance of an auditable trail in line with internal control requirements.
• Maintain master data according to established data standards, control requirements and defined SLAs; support data validation for project go-lives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal controls and to resolve data issues; undertake ad-hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Information Management, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably within master data, finance shared services or SAP-centric environments.
• Practical knowledge of SAP AP / Master Data processes and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail, problem-solving orientation and an inquisitive, agile approach.

Experience

At least 2 years' practical experience in master data maintenance, vendor onboarding or related roles, ideally within a finance shared services context and working with SAP master data objects.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Information Management, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related discipline.
