Master Data Analyst at Kering Paris: manage customer and supplier data lifecycle, ensure compliance, and drive MDM improvements within the Financial Shared Services Center.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of supplier and customer data, including creation, modification, and extension requests
- Verify compliance of data requests by controlling legal, regulatory, and banking data through compliance tools
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) towards internal users
- Create, enrich, and maintain high-quality customer and supplier data throughout its lifecycle
- Guarantee data quality, reliability, and relevance within the SAP environment
- Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute master data expertise to drive continuous service improvement
- Lead data-driven optimization initiatives and propose improvements based on operational expertise
- Serve as strategic advisor to internal clients on optimizing data integration in transactional processes
- Train and support users in understanding and adopting master data processes and tools
- Provide effective incident resolution and user support
- Develop and maintain accessible documentation, training guides, and support materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or sales
- Approximately 3 years of successful experience in a similar Master Data Analyst or Data Governance role
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated interest in cross-functional business issues and enterprise priorities
- Strong communication skills in both French and English
- Proficiency in a third language such as Italian is advantageous

Approximately 3 years of successful experience in a Master Data Analyst role or similar data governance position, demonstrating competence in data lifecycle management, compliance verification, and user support within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or sales.
