Kering Marketing Performance Manager role in Paris; own Group's marketing dashboard, analytics, and reporting for cross-maison strategic alignment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end monthly refresh of the Marketing Performance Dashboard, coordinating data retrieval from key stakeholders and ensuring accuracy across spend forecasts, ROI, KPIs, and functional golden rules
  • Establish and maintain clear data governance standards for comparability and reliability, managing source definitions, taxonomies, assumptions, gaps, and benchmarks across maisons and markets
  • Automate data pipelines and manage stakeholder access in line with confidentiality requirements
  • Produce strategic analyses supporting conversations between Group CMO and maison CMOs, including spend alignment, full-funnel KPI performance, cross-maison ROI analysis, golden rules compliance, and functional support recommendations
  • Develop executive-ready briefing notes and analytical frameworks that distil complex data into actionable insights for C-suite decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance (spend reconciliation, taxonomy alignment), Tech/Data (continuous improvement of data architecture and automation), and Maisons (relationship-building for reliable data submission and qualitative context)
  • Leverage AI tools (Claude or equivalent) to develop repeatable workflows that accelerate analytical and editorial deliverables
  • Extend dashboard coverage to additional maisons and markets, propose new metrics and analytical frameworks, and stay current on marketing measurement best practices and industry benchmarks

Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing analytics, management consulting, or equivalent roles in luxury goods, fashion, or consumer goods groups
  • Proven experience managing complex multi-source data environments and producing executive-level reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to work across functions (Finance, Tech, Brands) in matrixed organizations
  • Prior exposure to marketing mix modelling, ROI/attribution measurement, and media effectiveness frameworks; strong financial background preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; expertise in Python, SQL, or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) highly valued
  • Fluency working with AI tools (Claude or equivalent) to accelerate analytical workflows
  • Fluent in English; French and Italian are advantageous
